Jackie built her career foundation in journalism, then moved through communications roles at the Irvine Ranch Conservancy, Oakley's corporate communications team, and the City of Irvine's graphic design department before joining IRWD in 2024. At IRWD, she designs collateral, shoots photography, produces video and animation, manages social media content, and edits written materials across departments. She also serves as a backup media spokesperson and Deputy Public Information Officer, putting her on the front line of emergency communications when the District needs to reach its community quickly and clearly.
